@XfinitySupport Yes, I canceled the account as soon as I noticed that Xfinity had been charging me for service I never connected for a year. I want a refund on all the unauthorized charges for the service that was never connected.

@RAMLCPA @MrSmokes9 @Gcarmi21 Thank you Snyder and team did not help but it was a rushed job never was a nice stadium. I remember watching them play the Ravens on TV when it was Comcast, Art Donavan just went on a rant about how bad. I dismissed since Ravens announcers but they were correct

It truly blows my mind how horrible you take care of your customers. I had an employee tell me I should cancel all of the things I have so I can get new deals when I move across the country. I have never been so frustrated and stuck. **** you xfinity.

I absolutely refuse to ever get @comcastbusiness services again- my last experience was horrible and they tried to charge me THOUSANDS when I wanted out. Never again!! Soooo I guess @comcast is going to lose my business all together. 💯

I want to thank @Xfinity for overachieving. It took @DIRECTV 25 years to lose me as a loyal customer. @Xfinity was able to accomplish that in only 5 years!

@kidjoeyt1 I have Xfinity and I still fall prey to lag. But I’m skilled enough to time and predict what the lagger will do.However, I do sometimes fall prey super bad lag where I’ll be in animation glitch for 5-10 mins.

I will never be able to figure out why xfinity has no deals for existing customers. Nothing fancy. Nothing cheaper via their mobile plan and or internet. Like. They really are the worst in the game and I’m ******* stuck with them. STUCK.

@realENHolloway Comcast has big problems and financial losses in Europe, mainly because of Sky, and for months there has been talk officially and in the media about selling Sky Germany, AU and CH. Sky Italy is also under discussion. And Peaco*ck was effectively closed in Germany a few months ago.

I get there was a natural disaster in Little Rock. Trees down everywhere. Essential services generally up. BUT @Xfinity is the usual laggard. We will be leaving them once things normalize. Still out. Have shifted needed bandwidth to @ATT mobiles for now but no videos! Tks @ATT.

@notley @Xfinity @ATT Sounds like either, a very Bad customer service Department or Someone tries to get some kind of 2FA token of you by pretending to be the one that send the SMS, Not the one that Just Tried to Login to your (old) Account and now need the token to Login.

@Xfinity for the past two, almost three weeks, the internet has been dropping claiming network performance issues. My question is can this be elaborated on the xfinity status center. What is causing performance issues we heavly rely on this service to get work done.

@lsmorgan55 @jeff_gluck One way to fix it would be for one series to race under lights. So Martinsville would be too late for being a Sunday. The Indy race is a street race. So had to be during the daytime. Double up on Saturday for Cup, and Xfinity is another option. Has been done before.

@Xfinity your service is a ripoff. You charge us close to $150-200 a month and the internet disconnects at least once a month. I have to take hrs and days out of my life to fix this piece of ****. Do better or lower your cost. Your service sucks and is borderline monopoly 🖕🏼

Being held hostage another day with no service because the @Xfinity technician never showed up to our ‘schedule appointment’ yesterday. We have no internet, cable or phone service work @XfinitySupport This is atrocious! Any recommendation of another service provider?
