@Comcast We have been without cable since 10 AM. Basic message is ...outage in your area, check back later. I frequently defend Comcast because their service has been good. Guess I need to rethink that support.

Everything is a fight with them. All of this data crap started after I went to the most bare bone package they had. Then, suddenly the data plan I never went over before becomes an issue. @jimbcbs4 @CenturyLink @Xfinity worse. My Email was compromised today. Received over 2000 Spam emails from all over the world since 1:20 and they have given me little help. Not my computer, my email via their server. 4 hours on the phone with various personnel and supervisors. All for $370 a month

@Nebsports I gave YouTubeTV a 5-day trial. Seemed good. $50/month but no regional sports. Bundled with Xfinity for about $20 more a month. Updated modem. Have 30-days to cancel. This time of year I would only miss the Rockies.

It truly blows my mind how horrible you take care of your customers. I had an employee tell me I should cancel all of the things I have so I can get new deals when I move across the country. I have never been so frustrated and stuck. **** you xfinity.

I absolutely refuse to ever get @comcastbusiness services again- my last experience was horrible and they tried to charge me THOUSANDS when I wanted out. Never again!! Soooo I guess @comcast is going to lose my business all together. 💯

I want to thank @Xfinity for overachieving. It took @DIRECTV 25 years to lose me as a loyal customer. @Xfinity was able to accomplish that in only 5 years!

@kidjoeyt1 I have Xfinity and I still fall prey to lag. But I’m skilled enough to time and predict what the lagger will do.However, I do sometimes fall prey super bad lag where I’ll be in animation glitch for 5-10 mins.
