@comcast your support is terrible, how you stay in business is beyond me. @NESN was not working during the @NHLBruins game today. ESPN did not work halfway into the 3rd period earlier this week. There is no way to engage any help through your website.

@STARZ @Xfinity @Outlander_STARZ Call Comcast and they will help. It is happening in December. The agent went through all their programs and what’s involved. I plan to drop down a couple of tiers and get the Starz and HBO apps and save money.

@Xfinity I have spent multiple hours on calls today and still have not been able to just switch a modem between addresses. And every time the call gets close to an hour, the rep wants to call back! This is unacceptable and it seems like your system is fundamentally broken. Why?!

It's so frustrating being in 2021 and being basically forced to have @comcast as an ISP when they don't understand Upload speed is as much if not more important than Download speed. 800 MB/s Down and 20 up? Joke.

I refuse to pay for another streaming service so we never pulled the trigger on Peaco*ck. But Comcast hooked us up for free.99 and now I can fall asleep watching The Office again 🙌🏻

@gartguy haha we pay 120 for 150 up its ******* horrid i looked up verizon and such i could be saving over half my money and get 500 up LOL sh*ts a joke honestly but i guess its because where i live theres NO towers but im in the middle of the city, cant get verizon at&t comcast xfinity
